Dogs eat ####, human #### or their own ####. Ive seen dogs tearing into trashbags and getting ahold of dirty diapers. Fact of the matter is dogs do bite. Sometimes intentionally, sometimes accidentally.

I understand being a dog person but whats next? The 6 month old antagonized the dog? Deserved it? Its okay to say a dog bit someone and it can really be that cut and dried.
You know chihuahuas are always mutilating babies.... read about it all the time.

I am completely unaware of where I said the kid deserved it..please fill me in?

I said it was weird they picked a very specific (and very small) peice of flesh to eat..when they had the whole kid to choose from. ..not that dogs don't bite.

I didnt say you said it I said "whats next" because it seems people are very, very reluctant to entertain the idea that perhaps a dog just bit someone on its own accord. Dont take it personally, its not a personal attack.

Yeah they can be really aggressive sometimes. I personally was bit by a Jack Russell Terrier and I wasnt doing anything to the dog, I just walked into my friend's house after she opened the door to let me in.

Im just saying seems like everytime I read a thread about a dog biting someone its anything at all other than the dog, the kids fault, the situation, the dogs treatment, but seriously sometimes dogs bite and you cant always blame the victim.

I think you missed my dear.
We have a lot of animal nutties in here who will defend a pitt/rott to the end. Never the dogs fault, always how it was raised. Well that's

I wasn't referring to you silly.

There are some good threads where the pitt defenders gave up because the www is FULL of stories and proof that Pitts/Rotts top the list of most dangerous dogs.
