The baby was born a year ago. My guess is she didn't know who the fatehr was. When she found out, it made sense to sue--but ultimately the lawsuit is about money. But that is just what lawsuits are about. If I accidently killed somebody's wife through negligent driving (I was playing with the radio for example_ and they sued me they would only get money out of me, suing me does bring back their wife. Yet is that case about easy money.--Lawsuits typically involve money--the people looking for easy money are people who bring frivilous lawsuits knowing its easier and cheaper to settle the lawsuit then to litigate it and win. | |

the money then could be considered a replacement of income for what you took from the survivors.

| Yeah, I agree. I was responding to the poster who said the plaintiff may just be out for easy money. My point was simply that most lawsuits are about money. We should frown on frivolous law suits, not lawsuits about money. |

Ive sued for the Vindication reasons and won. Was not about money, and there was no monetary reward given to me,, however, a surveying companie ended up spending a boat load of money replacing a tree they cut from the woods on my property so they could survey the property next to mine. They did the cutting after I refused the access to my property.. so,,,, I won, they lost, and I didnt care one bit about the tree the cut down. (I think it was actually dead anyway, but it was in winter so it would be hard to tell) When I called them an apology would have settled the whole thing, but instead they were rude. there exact words were, trees gone, get over it. after court I went up to him and said, I won, get over it.

| This man taught driver's ed and phys ed at Gwynn Park Sr. High from 1976 until 1979. He used the school as his personal hunting ground and had sex with several students. Apparently, he has been doing this for 30+ years. The school systems just 'pass the trash'. I feel sorry for the young lady in question because this isn't a case of consenual sex between adults. This is a seasoned and practiced sexual predator/teacher who should not be in any school much less one dedicated to helping students with problems. They put a fox in the hen house in this case...please help justice to be served and make sure this never happens again. You can call the law firm representing this young lady if this man ever approached/molested you. Many women are coming forward -- there is safety in numbers. The lawfirm number is: (202) 772-2277 |
