Thumbs up International Darwin Day

International Darwin Day Foundation

"The American Humanist Association is proud to announce that Representative Pete Stark (D-CA) just proposed H. Res. 81 to Congress, expressing support for designation of February 12, 2011, as Darwin Day and recognizing the importance of science in the betterment of humanity. This resolution is a culmination of collaboration between Representative Stark, 2008 Humanist of the Year, and the American Humanist Association."

If congress recognizes the importance of natural selection, why do they create so many laws and regulations to protect stupid people from removing themselves from the gene pool?

I seemed to remember Kansas, but this shows they've changed their teaching policies, along with a number of other states. If it weren't for upper level courts, Darwinism would be banned.
