A grisley scene surfaced in Juárez when the severed head and hands of a man were left on the hood of a sport utility vehicle.

Chihuahua state police said the rest of the body was inside the black Ford Explorer found Saturday evening on Diamante and Cemento streets in the Lomas de Morelos area in the west part of the city. The man had not been identified.

On Sunday, a body of another unidentified man was found in the trunk of a car. The man was tied with electrical cord and had his throat slashed, police said.

The deaths were among 17 homicides in the Juárez area since Friday.

Doesn't sound like a safe area to me.
