I don't think it has ever taken me two hours. The most it takes me to get to DC is 90 minutes and that is rare. Alot of people work in DC and commute there every day. I think that would make us a suburb.

Two hours?

DC city line is 1:15 away from LP, tops. Unless there's an accidents or something.

Shouldn't even count. Not a city. I don't buy it either. There just aren't that many places in that zip code that high wage earners would live. Especially when compared to to the dumpy areas.

Methinks you havent looked at the borders of Lex Park that close.......there s lot of waterfront, from Route 4 all the way down to Bay Forest Road on the east side, and except Park Hall the west side LP goes from St Inigoes Creek up to Adkins Road

From city-data.com for LP ...these numbers look far more realistic to me.

Yep there are some nice places on the water there. A few nice communities in the zip also. You get back several lots from the water and it isn't anything real special. Wonder how many of those people work here or is that not a factor?

It's people who WORK in lexington park, correct? Not those that reside in lexington park, that I would absolutely believe. The jobs located in lexington park would certainly have that high of a median income.
