Like it or not, the election's not about appealing to YOU. Your vote is locked, you will never vote Democrat. Romney's got to appeal to moderates, Independents, centrist-Democrats and people like myself who regret voting for Obama and really don't want to vote for him again. If he tries to win the election by only trying to appeal to the 41% who will always vote Republican, he will lose.

Some of you underestimate how effective a campaigner Obama is.

Have you got a semi unbiased poll to support this because all the number I've seen don't say anything close to this.

I'm waiting. I'm having dinner with Justice Kennedy next week, gonna see if I can get a read off him.

Back to the real world... I'm still thinking about it. I see it as very close, though oral arguments may have moved me from close but leaning uphold to close but leaning strike down. When I get a chance, I might listen to the arguments again to see if I missed anything that might be a strong tip-off. Once I do, I'll offer my guess. It will most likely be the first or third option, though I wouldn't rule out the fourth.

So, does anyone have any predictions on other aspects of the cases? Will the Medicaid provisions be upheld or found to be in violation of the Constitution?

Any thoughts on vote split?

I think that is the talking point of the left. I think the passage of the Healthcare build though resolution instead of above board bi partisan agreement shows the I don't give a crap about the other half of American.

I am scared.....oh no... Bring it on baby, Nov. is coming fast and it looks like MoveOn is manning the life boats to save Obama over Walker in the Cheese Head state.

BTW, I don't think that Obama's and a few Senators slamming and threatening the SC is going to help their cause. Listening to the hearings makes me think Gingsberg is about ready to kick the bucket.

The Supreme Court hasn't released as many opinions as I would have thought during the last couple of weeks. We may not get the health care decisions until closer to the end of June.
