Sorta, however if a pettition were circulated and enough signatures were gathered on it, it could be put on a ballot for the American people to actually vote yes or no on it.

With the gov't in control or health insurance, they can now mandate how much it costs, but they can now also mandate how much a doctor, or a hospital can charge for their services..

There will be no more motivation for a doctor to be exceptional, nor for a hospital to do very expensive research to be the "best in the country".. they have removed all motivation for being the best in anything medical and we're going to join other socialist countries with mediocre medical care.

The only people that will get quality care are the congress critters, the President and First Lady (and family) and the RICH that can afford to see PRIVATE doctors and pay out of pocket for special treatment. The Michael Moores, and the Hollywood elite will still get exceptional care while the middle class will take a pounding..

Exactly that. And with 1500 or so unread pages in this, there's probably a lot more surprises.

I have no idea what Romney will do, I suspect he is for the health care since I look at him as liberal lite.
But if it were me that became president and I couldnt get congressional support to overturn, I would then (just like obama has been doing in regards to illegals) change by presidential mandate and force congress to abide by the same rules, care, waiting etc... as the rest of the citizens.. Then I would go back and see if I could get support to strike it down.

Romney's already stated that this will be his first official act, striking down Obamacare.

I think he can ride this right to the White House.. I'm hoping history will say this was the day the Obama reign ended.. this was the turning point in the upcoming election, and this Supreme Court Ruling cost him the White House.

I think the worst part is the provision that says they can keep writing new parts of the bill as time goes on.
