The thought crossed my mind as well. Then you have the libs saying the cops forced him to do it. Also I keep seeing comments saying the cars had been parked trunk to trunk. Makes sense if they came from opposite ends. Just like other "cover ups", they take any little detail and turn it into "they had been planning on this the entire time".

It could very well have been the car that drove by, it could have been him hiding a gun somewhere (I don't believe they did 2 seperate Terry frisks and couldn't find a gun, sorry.) I never said it WAS the cops, so don't put words in my mouth.

It is, however, very strange what happened.

I believe this is a case of suicide, even the witness (who has no dog in this fight) said that the officers weren't in the general vicinity when the gun shot was heard. However, I do find it quite curious that the portion of tape from the officer's car that would answer any questions entirely is somehow absent.

That is very strange to me.

From inside the cruiser, we hear an officer quiz Carter once again about his identification.

Also in the video, a bag of what is reportedly drugs is laying on the hood of the cruiser.

What is not clearly seen or heard on the tape is a gunshot.

There is also not video or audio of officer Marsh finding Carter shot in the backseat.

Talk about leaving room for tons of questions.

They ruled that because the report said:

At autopsy, the cause of death was a perforating gunshot wound of the head. At the time of discharge, the muzzle of the gun was placed against the right temporal scalp. The bullet perforated the cranial cavity, causing brain injuries, skull fractures, and death. The bullet exited the left side of the head.

So, it's a suicide because the gun was close to his head?
