| This Is Funny Public nudity ban eyed in fed-up San Francisco - MetroCast Supervisor Scott Wiener's proposal would make it illegal for a person over the age of 5 to "expose his or her genitals, perineum or anal region on any public street, sidewalk, street median, parklet or plaza" or while using public transit. Just made me <snort>

| Unfornately I don't see anything funny about this. I think it is a sad state of affairs when it is ok to display your penis in public but you can't display the nativity scene because it may offend someone. BS!!!! |

Simply put, this is just another power grab by another politician. NEVER do you see them get rid of laws, but they sure as hell can add stupid laws all day long. The end result being a confusing, convoluted, and incresingly growing "rule book" that can only be interpreted by a judge.
