The woman who punched a 70-year-old Walmart greeter in the face after she asked to see a receipt for merchandise she was carrying out of the store has been sentenced to five years in prison.

Jacquetta Simmons, 27, was sentenced Wednesday for the attack that knocked Grace Suozzi to the ground, and fracturing the side of the elderly woman's face.

In court Simmons said she was sorry for the incident that injured Grace Suozzi on Christmas Eve in 2011, but the judge and prosecutor Larry Friedman say Simmons hardly seems sorry.

'She absolutely did not accept any responsibility for what she did,' Mr Friedman said.

sounds like she needs to move to St. Mary's. Our judges give 5 years for killing two people.

I applaud the judge who gave her 5 years. If that was my mother she punched, she'd get alot more.

I just ignore them and walk on past, once its paid for, its mine, If I dont want someone else digging through what is mine, then that is my right.
If they want to send the security guard after me, then fine let them. I dont stop for them either.
