A disturbing case of child abuse is under investigation in Pasco County.

According to investigators, 28-year-old Thomas Matheson of New Port Richey was arrested Tuesday night after twisting a 2-year-old boy's nipples so hard they came off.

Deputies say Matheson was watching the boy while the boy's mother was at work.

God only knows. Although I of course blame him for being a sick bastard, I really wish mothers would stop leaving their kids with any psycho who comes along. How many more times will we hear about a guy abusing his girlfriends kids? So sad. I highly doubt this guy was completely normal yet suddenly had the urge to twist a toddlers nipples off.
