| The Windsors are one crazy fam! Elizabeth wouldn't even be Queen for the fact that her Uncle Edward abdicated to marry an American divorcee, which put Liz's dad, George, on the throne. I think Liz will live to be 200 and Charles, William, nor the baby-to-be will ever be on the throne. The English monarchy are just figureheads now, anyway, they don't actually rule, anymore; but, still fun to watch!! And, Liz II is nothing like her namesake Liz I; Liz I did rule, and she was definitely one of the Worlds's first womens' libbers. Love her!!!And, don't forget about crazy brother Harry's shenanigans! I have to say, though, that Kate is living a modern fairytale. Lucky girl! (she planned it all!!!) Interesting fact: Lady(Princess) Diana has more royal blood in her lineage than her royal hubby, Charles. It is all fascinating, and quite snotty! :snort:

| In the old days, there was a lot of hanky panky, incest, cousin stuff going on, and that is why there have been "mad" kings. (not just the English monarchy). But, in this case, not so much. Thanks for the giggle, though!!

| I wouldn't get attached to her if I were you. They don't have a good track record with princesses over there.
