| Christmas is a religious observance. Since the U.S. practices "Freedom of Religion" I see no harm in each of us observing Christmas as our reglious beliefs dictate. Why condemn someone because they put crosses on a tree or use glittered ornaments instead. We all have the right to celebrate it or choose not too. Geez, everybody just simma down. |

I do think 54 is an odd number and wonder how they determine the correct number of trees. Is it by contributing organization? One for each state would make sense...maybe
