Wow! I am not a liberal, but a teacher is a teacher no matter what affiliation; and seriously, what does liberalism have to do with mental illness, anger, depression, revenge, stupidness, etc.; as in a reason that people shoot people. No one gets a degree in education because they don't like kids; as always, there is a bad apple in every group, but REALLY, are you serious?! I wouldn't mind if my child's teacher packed a gun. Teachers, as a rule, don't affect our childrens' innocence; society and the way of the time we live in does. One more thing; teachers often take up the slack for the children that have parents that don't give a poop. Also, maybe it is better that the teacher pop the student, before the student pops the teacher. I know that is extreme, but it is more realistic about what is going on in our country, than the reverse. JMO

Edit: Have I missed something? Has there ever been an incident where a teacher opened fire on a classroom of students. Teachers are just as capable of sneaking weapons into school. If this has happened, please enlighten me. TIA

Edit: Sorry, dont, but I keep thinking about what you posted. You do realize that liberals are the ones that are trying to take our gun privileges away? So, if liberals win on this issue, your point will be moot; and, we will all be in more danger than we are now. I am just trying to understand your reasoning. I always enjoy learning, and considering someone else's opinion.

There are plenty of people who are convinced (based on substantial amounts of evidence) that liberalism itself is a mental disorder.

Do you "know and associate with". Many teachers? Theres a big difference between getting frustrated with the little darlings and deciding to shoot one of them!

By your rationale, noone should own any weapon of any kind because as soon as anyone gets annoyed with their job theyre going to start shooting people.
