Gun allegedly found in Overstock.com CEO’s luggage | FOX13Now.com

Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne was among four people who were arrested in connection with the discoveries.

Byrne allegedly tried to go through security with a loaded Glock 23 .40 caliber handgun in his carry-on luggage. A charging document said the gun contained 12 rounds, but none were chambered.

Dude has a lot of 'splainin' to do, for sure, but this happens quite a bit. TSA gets on average about 35 - 40 firearms per week in carry on baggage around the country, with most of them loaded.

Prosecution is up to the local Law Enforcement Agencies, and they determine charges, if any, based upon intent of the passenger as determined by the investigation.
