Feel free to learn something, like SCOTUS has found several times, that there is no expectation, nor duty for the police to protect individuals.
That's pretty weak. Hey, you're making my point for me. I/People learn from the debate, the argument, not some obscure article from eight years ago. You have to be open to the possibility of learning something from the argument. I don't think that is the case with you.

It's a learning process. If you think you have all the answers, you've already lost.

That is if they were lucky enough to be allowed to even argue.
That is a lie. More poo flinging from monkey boy. Or is making up facts how you "debate?"

Actually, an honest debate would not involve you pulling out an old MPD to hide behind.

I've pointed you to there different court rulings, this being the most current, in regards to the duty and responsibly of the police.

sooooo in reality you aren't here to learn, just communicate your wrong opinion, and get out your misinformation.

There is no such thing as an outdated SCOTUS ruling if it is the latest ruling in the matter. Not only was that 8 year old ruling the latest, but it strengthened earlier rulings that had either the same findings, our were made in lower courts

But keep trying, you may hurt one of my feelings yet. Got anything else? Anything nasty to say about my mom maybe?

The why don't you explain how slavery provided blacks the right under our constitution instead of doing your normal poo flinging from a glass house?

It is ALL about the individual, the citizen, and to bastardize the whole thing, to argue that this ONE amendment is about some group, some thing, is absurdity well past farce.

If we do play that game, try this on for size;

"A well educated community being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and read books shall not be infringed."

We're not talking about a ####ing library and we're not talking about using only comic books because it's less words and we're not talking about keeping them under lock and key.

Exactly right. And since we're on the subject, sort of, once a tyrannical regime disarms the populace, who are ALWAYS the people they start rounding up first?

If you said "the intellectuals," buy yourself a cigar.
