How about putting SMOL on our signs - at the bottom - so we can identify each other?

I never said it was a GOOD analogy. Yes, it's a LOUSY comparison; apples and oranges, if you will; and I am in NO way "bad-mouthing" the VRS; I'm actually thankful they showed. Yes, MY bad.....bad analogy.

Now.....with regard to an intruder/robber whatever.....if said person is IN YOUR DWELLING, what's quicker? Dropping the S.O.B. where he stands, or calling 911? Same thing for being carjacked in Maryland.
What's quicker? Calling 911 on a cell phone, or letting the last thing the bad guy hears be the sound of gunfire?

Well, calling 911 is the only proper response to either of your questions. I should be perfectly happy to ALLOW either event to take place and then politely ask my insurance agent what is and isn't covered by the act(s) of someone else using my property. After all, isn't it fair for anyone to just drop by unannounced and help themselves to whatever you have that they want? F'in libtards!

I'm home from Annapolis. I stepped out of my comfort zone of driving places that I'm not familiar with, and even took my teenage son with me to show him a little piece of how our country works and the freedoms we enjoy.

It was so awesome to see people take time out of their schedules, maybe even lose a day of pay, to stand up for our freedoms. We exercised our First Amendment right to defend our Second Amendment right. God bless those Maryland legislators that spoke there today and who are willing to stand up for Maryland citizens and our freedoms.

We must not enact nonsense bills in haste. We need to look at the real cause of mass shootings and rampant crime, and that is not guns. The problems are mental illness, lack of prosecution of criminals, and a revolving door justice system. Let's take care of our mentally ill and make criminals pay hard time in jail. ONLY THEN will we all be safer, not when I'm limited to a 7 round magazine or a bolt action rifle.

From your pictures I must have been right behind you on the hill. Second picture must have been when the bald eagle flew over (everyone looking up)

I was toward the road in the walkway. I was interviewed by ABC2 but haven't seen anything. Probably because I wasn't the stereotype they were looking for.

The comments from OMalley floored me......(the following is from the Washington Post)

“We choose to take on gun violence this session because every life is precious, every life is needed,” he said. “Is there not something more that we could, and that we should, be doing?”

So, OMalley, how do you feel about abortion?

and then you have the States Attorney from Baltimore......

"Baltimore County State's Attorney Scott D. Shellenberger testifies at the hearing. He argued that constitutional rights, including the Second Amendment right to bear arms, are not absolute."

While he is technically correct, following due process to remove those rights is NOT legislative acts of regulation.

There is a petition to put it on the ballot.

He got a few laughs from the audience. I am trying to remember one point he made and folks were like 'are you ####ing kidding me!?!?!!" He was REAL heavy on hunting and target shooting as being the point of the 2A and guns for self defense IN the home.

Buddy of mine was on one of the panels and in closing said "I promised I wasn't going to say this but, here it is, if we simply relaxed conceal and carry rules MOST of this stuff would take care of itself. Criminals would be on the defensive instead of us."

He got cheered, big, and Frosh gaveled us, hard.
