The father-of-two, from Weatherford, Texas, said when he tried to board the ride last May he was told by an employee to leave 'because he does not have hands', according to Dallas News.

| It sucks, but I understand a liability issue when I see one. He probably does too and he's just sueing for the money. And the shame of it is, due to a lawsuit happy world, rules were made at the theme park, and because of the rules, a lawsuit happy man has a lawsuit and will probably win or receive a settlement. Then the next time somebody wants to take their kids to a theme park the ticket prices will have gone up and new rules will be made so that your kids won't even be allowed on a quarter of the rides.
