yeah right If I'm the dude-I'm thinking this:

A. I keep this 1400 and go buy me some groceries; no one ever knows I had it.
B. I return this wallet (of a famous person); get a ton of cool stuff from him; get to meet him; probably get some cool autographed stuff I can sell on Ebay for way more then 1400. Get my name in the news
C. I return it; dont hear a word from his arrogant butt; go public-get stuff from him for feeling guilty; get stuff from sympathetic do-gooders. Get my name in the news.
