Well I don't think they transplant brains yet (though we certainly have a few candidates here on these forums and no I am not speaking directly about you). If you or someone you loved needed an eye, heart, lung, kidney, whatever, I don't think you would care where it came from.

Can they transplant parts of your brain? Like the frontal lobe or something? I think (and this may be from a movie and not real life, I apologize for how tardish that sounds) I remember hearing something about that....
