Where is a reputable place to get an old Colt revolver appraised for value?

Let me call a buddy of mine. He's an expert with Colt pistols.

There are three pat. dates stamped on the barrel - 8/5/1884,6/6/1860,and 7/4/1905. Selling it depends on its value. Do you do appraisals?

Thanks, I've been to that site. Mine looks just like that with a couple differences. Mine has a sling mount on the butt and and I believe a Gvmt. inspectors stamp. My serial numbers don't seem to fit into any other list of this model. That's why I want an expert appraisal. These things seem to range from $100.00 to thousands depending on little differences in them and of course condition. I also have an old holster with it that I would like to know something about.
