I had and sold an Olympic Arms CAR several years ago and now the talk about the ban has me looking to buy another AR. Any suggestions as to brands? I want the collapsible stock and would like to put a light or lazer and some optics on it.

Every time they pass a new gun law in Maryland I buy a new gun. Buy something fun to shoot and would piss off any one pushing the ban.

Unless you go full auto belt fed, there's not much more fun than dumping that 30 round mag into something fast as you can twitch your trigger finger.

I have two Stag's and a Rock River, both are pretty much considered the best bang for your buck right now, they are good quality at a decent price as compared to Colt, Bushy, or Armalite.

Put this complete lower .... http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=21&t=311790

with this upper and you'll be happy, trust me......http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=22&t=335496

I've dealt with this guy on a few different occasions and he is top of the line and real fast.

PM me if you want any more details.

Who do you deal with here as far as for the FFL?? We're in the market for some fun guns to shoot, plus a Kimber Custom II.

If you go to gunbroker.com, they have a search on there where you put in your zipcode and they list dealers that will handle the paperwork.
I couldn't afford the Kimber so I bought a black stainless steel loaded Springfield and I''m very happy with it.
