No help but I shall need socks in general here soon for my 18 month old. She keeps feeding them to the babysitter's dog. I'm down 4 pairs in one week.

Both of my older ones are in between sock sizes now. Smalls are way too small but the Mediums are flopping on their feet.

There are socks at Target that are called Golden Toe or something like that. My oldest son and daughter both wear them. They are really nice quality and I have worn my daughters a couple times since she is a size womens 8 at the age of 11 and I am a size 7. I really cannot say that I feel the seam on the Golden Toe socks. Give them a try!

OMG! I thought I was the only one to ever experience this. My son went threw this stage. It about drove me insane! We tried wearing the socks inside out, then inside out and I would cut the seams as close as I could and trim all the "extra" out. Every day was a fight. I finally found some socks at Wal-mart I believe. I think they were actually women's socks, but they were very thin and had little to no seem in the toe. My son is now 18 and wears a size 15 shoe. I think he's finally gone to wearing socks only when absolutely necessary because the women's socks don't fit. IHe still wears only the thinest socks he can find.

If my mom saw this she'd die laughing! I am sooooo picky about my socks. My poor mother...I don't know how many times she had to listen to "They're too tiii-iiight!"

I always made mine do this - are her shoes too tight at the toe, I wouldn't think they'd notice unless it was rubbing?

I had this prob with my oldest several years ago and found some appropriate socks at Walmart. I bought some from there that I thought were ok but she's complaining. Has anyone else gone through this? Did you find any socks that worked? TIA
My 4 year old is the same way! Crazy, but its nice to know she isnt the only one!
