| Nope, not really. My dad grew up in a small TH in PG County. He was one of 11 children.

| I actually do think that there are laws about how many children can be in one bedroom. It's a good google for the day. |

I live in the neighborhood across from the main PAX gate...across from Roses, which is a rather trashy neighborhood. These kids run around the yard all day, running across the street...which since it is a small street, really isn't that big of a deal, except with the massive number of adults at the house, they park their cars along the street and you can't see a 3 year old running into the street between two SUVs. The problem is, I don't really know the definition of "neglect" now a days. I grew up in the back country and my parents let us freely roam and pretty much do whatever we wanted from a very young age. But now that I know the types of people that live in the neighborhood, I wouldn't let my kids leave the house, let alone run around unwatched. If this is a "Your being dumb, just ignore it" thread, then thats how it goes... I just wanted to see what the general opinion was. Quote:
