Daycare recommendations needed please!

My husband is in the Navy and we will be relocating to California, MD from Pensacola, Fl at the end of this month. We have a 6 month old and a 2.5 year old I would like to enroll in daycare up there (they are both in one now and love it). I am looking for recommedations and contact information for daycare centers in California, MD. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Good luck, infant openings are tough to find around here. Plus, you have a toddler on top of that.

I'm moving to the area in about 6 months. I'm a daycare provider here in va beach and have been constantly full now for the past 2 1/2 years. I was wondering the need there for home providers. Is this the norm? Are daycares quick to fill? Would love to talk with a home provider and get an idea on locations, reasonable rates and such for the area.

There is a huge need. Infant spots are full all across the county. No sure what the regulations are in VA, but you are only allowed 2 infants here.

My kids go to prep n play and I love it. Most of the time they are booked, and they take 2 years and older, but I highly recommend it. I would atleaset call and see if you can get your 2 1/2 year old in now or atleast get on the waiting list. They did just move the kids around and I know they had a few openings. 301-373-3710.

I was paying $165 a week for my infant for home daycare and that was earlier this year. Not sure if the price has gone up or not since then.
