Surgery Tomorrow

Well, Baby A has his surgery for the stricture tomorrow morning. I am a nervous wreck for him. Unless a trauma patient is brought in tonight he will be the first in the OR tomorrow morning - he will be intubated and put to sleep for the 2 hour procedure. Then we wait 2 weeks and pray it worked and he's able to eat again.

After that he waits 2 weeks (or so) where he'll have another surgery on his head because a CT scan has confirmed fusing.

My poor baby can't catch a break!

Baby B is home and doing well. I think he feels my anxiety tonight because he's not trying to sleep either!

This here reminds me to be thankful for the healthy children I have. This brings tears to my eyes just thinking of what you are dealing with and going through and that such a little person is having troubles getting started in life. But hang on, be strong and he will too.
I will say a prayer for baby. I hope everything goes well for him and the rest of your family. Please keep us updated (when you can) on his recovery.
