| Mother 'beats up daughter's 12-year-old rival' Horrifying footage captures mother, 33, 'beating up 12-year-old girl who was fighting with her daughter' | Mail Online A mother has been arrested after she was allegedly filmed beating up a 12-year-old girl who had arranged to fight her daughter after school. Amber Lee Gutierrez, 33, surrendered to police after cell phone footage emerged showing her viciously attacking the young girl in a San Pedro, California alleyway on January 14. The video, first aired by local station KTLA, allegedly shows Gutierrez dragging the young girl along the ground before punching her across the back in an attack that left the child with a broken arm. | Huge 12 year old. Mother appears small so maybe her daughter is as well. No wonder the aunt was there for backup - the 12 year old was way bigger than the mother.

| Disgusting! Note to the mother of the victim who chose not to be identified: You may want to consider changing your very 'identifiable' hairstyle. Just sayin. |

| The girl in question was small, she was the one on the left hitting the victim in the back as the mother was against the wall. Still no excuse.

| I definitely feel the Mother's pain, because one of my Children, now 40, was picked on, beat up a lot during his School years. It was horrible seeing what he went through. But the thought never crossed my mind to jump in. |
