Put it in the blender with some ice and vodka and you have an adult beverage you just have to drink 'cause it's good for you...

Sounds like my excuse for drinking cranberry and vodka. I am prone to UTIs.

If they don't eat it, they don't need it. Make every bite a nutritious bite, and give Vitamins.

I use a magic bullet and when i make it for me i put frozen fruit in it giant has in the bag and then put a handful of 2 different fruits u want to try in there in place of having to add ice cause its already frozen. then i put in some greek yogurt and then fill with milk and it comes out really thin so your son can drink it through the sippy cup..i haven't tried using frozen veggies and yogurt and milk to make veggie smoothies not sure if it would work the same or not sorry i can't help you there

My kids were never given a choice of what to eat. They ate what my husband and I ate or it was thrown in the trash. My oldest had a bad gag reflex until age 3 or 4 so everything was put in the blender for him to eat. My boys might fuss over what they are served but they always eat it. My youngest was helping me make dinner last night and pulled out a can of lima beans and asked when the next time was that we'd have them. I don't serve lima beans very often but I guess, in his own way, that was a request for them.

I am speaking from learning the hard way... start breaking the manipulation cycle now... while you have a good headstart.

Cannot emphasize this word enough. Kwillia's right. Stop the cycle now!!
