Hey Geek, you fill out an application just as you would if you were adopting a dog/cat. The fee for a hamster is $5.

The # at the shelter is 301-932-1713 if you'd like to speak to them directly. I thought the girl was gonna choke on her soda when I asked if they neuter hamsters.
