The high price of "free to good home"

On April 6th, the story about Jeffrey Nally, Jr. was published here. Nally had been charged with 29 counts of animal cruelty because of the number of dead animals found on his property. He had gotten all of the animals, mostly puppies and kittens, from the "free to good home" listings on Craigslist. He then used every kind of tool imaginable to torture, mutilate, and then murder these helpless animals.

These articles are not for the faint of heart... but they are the reality. It makes me sick that this guy in WV only has to serve 5 years and could be released for beating and killing 29 animals he got off of Craigslist. There is a special kind of sick in a human being that would seek animals to torture and kill. He should just be shot in the face and we as a society be done with him.

I have posted that article three times on craigslist in the pet section so that people would see that it is not the best thing to do by offering their pet for free and I have been flagged each time and have received numerous not very nice emails. I only received ONE thank you email.....they rest were obnoxious.

I can only imagine what the article about this Slime Ball said. I can't read things like that, because it depresses me. With that being said, he'll probably only spend a few months, if that, in Jail. Then, he'll be out there torturing Human Beings!

It was a good thing you didn't view the pictures... I had a nightmare last night that I think was triggered from viewing those pictures. I think what bothered me the most was that somebody may see one of the pets they gave away in that condition. That would have to be shattering.

That article as bothered me since I read it.
I was dumb and looked at the pictures also. It broke my heart imagining the poor animals going through this. I so wanted to post this on an animal board on FB. I have noticed all of the same collectors on those pages, iso free dogs or very cheap. I have had suspicions they are taking some to supplement their income. So sad!

Oh how I wish we could... seriously...

click click bang...

Like Roman said.... He'll be out torturing human beings after he serves this sentence since I do believe torturing animals is just a precursor to what his true desires are...

I will never look at the words "free to a good home" the same way... I will always wonder who will end up having that animal.
