| Thanks jazz, any black bear out there? There are a lot of cougar out here and some black bear...kind of have to be weary at times. |

| No black bear here, but there are in Western Maryland towards/in the mountains although I have heard rumors of sightings in the area. Same with cougar I believe.

| I had read of cougar out there as well...we'll have to look up a biologist or two and do some searching:) We are heading back for work but for the most part family. Found this site through a search, the photography and area images really stood out...it takes almost three hours to drive through Houston by itself, so we're looking forward to 3 day weekends in the south part of Maryland, might get a house for weekend use down there as well. I lived in the Outer banks for some time as well, so really looking forward to the Ches' area again. |

| Thanks Backagain! I still have cousins in Nags Head...nice area! Hey all you bird shooters...you can also contact the World Wildlife Fund and Cornell Lab of Ornithology...they are always looking for good sharp images, sell...sell it all! :) |
