Indoor Photo Spots

Ok, I am trying to build up my portfolio at the moment. I am working with a few families to get family pictures done and so far I have found quite a few great Outdoor Photo Spots, however, when the weather changes and its cold and rainy.... I am at a loss. I need some suggestions on Indoor Photo spots. I am looking for an indoor location that has a lot of character, and potential to be a great backdrop for family pictures. ANY suggestions would be fabulous! Pictures are appreciated! Thanks to anyone who can help

-Jenn

I visit clients homes during the winter months. Do you have backdrops?

not at the moment. I've thought about going to peoples houses. But like with the one family I have lined up to do pics with in a couple weeks, they didnt want to do it at their house. They wanted the pictures done somewhere else, and we were trying to think of an original place to go.. Just looking for a place that really has some visual appeal inside as well as out... Its a toughie in this area. We have alot of historic places that are nice settings if thats your thing, and theres always the water.... BUT when it comes to people who want something different.... Thats where the "work" starts i guess =)

Although no such places come to mind off the top of my head, I would suggest finding an indoor place with a nice winding staircase, a massive fireplace, etc... I'm sure there are places like this within the Tri-county area.
