SmugMug Down Time Planned

Hey guys!

I know a lot of you use SmugMug so I just wanted to make sure you all saw our status update: Scheduled maintenance Tuesday 8/11 and Thursday 8/13 « SmugMug Status Updates

They've been down quite a bit the past few days.

Any idea how long the site will be down those two days? I didn't see it mentioned in the link?

Yeah, that's why they're doing the hard downs on Tuesday and Thursday. As Don mentioned we've tried doing these updates in the background and it's been causing a lot of problems including the downtime. :(

So, he wants to do PLANNED outages and take down the site to avoid accidental long term problems.

We're not sure but hopefully we won't see much here at all. They'll probably start around 1am our time. With any luck you won't see us down at all.
