I, for one, do not buy into the Democratic belief that Maryland taxes have to be hiked.

The only way the socialists can re-distribute the wealth is through taxes. It has nothing to do with providing services in a cost effective manner

Has anyone actually laid eyes on the figures on where the money from the Lotto and Keno go?

Has anyone actually seen a financial accounting of any of these funds?
