I loved the movie Patton. George C did a great job! What a great idea for a modern video BUT it should be taken further. In schools, they should be required to teach patriotism before there is no one left here to offend! I think that 1/3 of what they teach in schools is a waste. Time could be better spent teaching patriotic pride because, if they don't, we won't have a military before long. In my school years, we said the pledge every morning, STANDING UP! If it offends someone today, simply tell them to go to a country where they won't be offended! Back to their home! If anyone complains, our spineless PC government SHOULD say: This is what we do here in America. If you don't like it, LEAVE!

What amazes me is that George C. Scott, according to IMDB, was born in 1927, and that movie was made in 1970.

Which means he was only 43 when he played Patton. I realize that the makeup used to make him look older always was a little lame, but geez, he was younger than I am now.

Thats the pitfall of a movie star. Can you imagine continually being reminded visually how you use to look back in your prime. Few actors in my opinion age gracefully such as Sean Connery and probably is the reason why so many end up seeking therapy (i.e.Judy Garland)
