If Hillary Clinton becomes president, would she nominate her husband for the high court?

Now a respected conservative law professor has openly predicted a future President Clinton would name her husband to the high court if a vacancy occurred.

Now there's a scary possibility.

And it's a very real possibility because Dubya and his Republican cronies have gone so far to the right he's off the scale and people are ready to vote for any alternative, even Hillary.

...given any thought to the idea that you may have no clue what 'to the right' actually means?

There is a huge amount of frustration and anger towards Bush from people 'on the right', especially folks who are pretty far to the right.

The entire 'neo-con' component of his administration, which you have railed about numerous times, as have real 'righties', and like policies are, by definition, centrist and decidedly not 'to the right'.

It's not that I think you even want to have actual conversation, but, I still point these things out in the simple interest of being correct.

This would be the ultimate insult to America. To appoint a Justice to the court who lost his license to practice because of perjury.

Not likely to happen ,because Clinton isnt likely to win.

That's what I was wondering. Clinton was disbarred from bringing cases to the Supreme Court - how would be be able to actually BE a Justice?

And Bustem, don't you have to be a judge already to get nominated to the Supreme Court? That's a real question because I'm not sure how it works and I'm too lazy to google.
