Guilty or not guilty of an unconstitutional law, if it is unconstitutional, really doesnt matter so much. The man has been outed as a Homosexual or at best bi-sexual. I am sure this wasnt his first tijme to pat his foot in a restroom and place himself at risk by performing risky sex.

He broke his vow to his wife and deceived her ,this IMO makes him unfit to hold office as we never know what other deceit he practices. He may save this term he is now serving,but I doubt he will ever get elected again.
