I am an idealist. If there is a candidate I like, I'm going to vote for them.

I don't like either Obama, Shrillary, McCain or Romney. Voting for any of them for me is voting for a tax increase, more spending and more government. They're all either liberals or socialists.

I'm personally hoping Rudy can pull out the upset in Florida tonight. If he does become a factor, he's the lesser of the evils in my opinion.

But if it comes down to Obama/Hillary and McCain/Romney in the 2008 Conventions, and all signs are this nomination is going to the wire at the conventions, I'll vote for a third party candidate. There's not much difference in any of them.

I heard Alan Keyes (who I genuinely like as a candidate) is running for the Constitution Party. He may wind up getting my vote.

The pundits think Maryland and Virginia may end up being key battleground states in the primaries.

It looks to me like every delegate is important and that this is going to take a long long time.

I don't care. If it's Romney or McCain, I'm not voting for them anyway, so might as well write-in my cat. She'd make a better president anyway. At least she's honest about sitting around licking her butt all day.

How do I write in your cat?

"Vraiblonde's Cat"

They'll look at that and go WTF?

Again we are in disagreement.

Republicans staying home is what gave us this do-nothing Congress we have now.

As opposed to the do-nothing Congress we could have had if Republicans had voted?

What's the difference?

What difference will it make? If we have Romney, Shrillary wins. If we have McCain, Shrillary wins.

And, to be realistic, none of the candidates are that good. I may not vote in the General at all. At the least, if Ron Paul ran as an Independent, he'd take a lot of votes from the Democrats.
