All I know is that I'm not voting for McCain. I don't care who the Dem nominee is. If McCain gets the nomination, I'm voting for someone else.

So now you're all going to get behind Mitt? The same Mitt who's flip-flopped on just about everything once he decided to become President? The same Mitt who's demonstrated his problem solving abilities by putting his dog up on the roof of his car for a cross-country trip?

You guys really are screwed.

For a race with so many candidates we certainly have slim pickin's (on both sides).

So how many of you registered Reps are going to vote in the primary?

I mean:
Define "flip-flop". On what issue has he changed his mind - and changed it back again? I don't consider changing it once a flip-flop.

Because almost every candidate I know of - from Dems such as Al "always been pro-choice" Gore to Reagan, who changed HIS position on abortion.

My flip-flop characterization of Mitt doesn't come from any extensive research I've done on him. I just based that on what other Republicans have said about him since the campaigning started.

Personally, I just can't get past his decision with the dog...I don't need to go any further than that.

Though I am interested to see if anybody who got all over Edwards for his hair is now going to be just fine with Romney.

This is going to be the most screwed up election I've ever seen.

I think that most folks who detest McCain could vote for Romney. I agree 100% that he's a flip-flopper with a record of election year conversions, but on the up side, once he wins he tends to stay converted until he runs for a different office. So if he runs as a conservative, he's likely to stay a conservative.

I could also get behin Huckabee, but I just see him as too much of a longshot.
