Go to a college where a Conservative is slated to give a speech, and you will see just how much Liberals/Democrats love free speech. They only pay lip service to free speech, but then enact speech codes, in the name of "Tolerance" to ensure the only speech you will have to endure is that which they approve of.

Wait until Obama or Clinton gets in the WH with a dem congress and see what happens with the "fairness" doctrine.

Yeah we all know the socialists want / need to shut the conservative talk radio down, so the socalists can push laws through Congress and go I don't know what you mean thats now how that was supposed to come out (then why write weak laws you know your friends will challenge in court twisting around laws into something you know would never pass on face value ) you are lying about that bill, thats not what is going to happen

The "Fairness Doctrine" is a proposed law that would compel all media to present equal and opposing political views on every issue. Those who support it seem to have not thought the concept through very well: since most media outlets (and most reporters) are left-leaning, the end result would be a complete restructuring of how the news is presented. In order to counter-balance one of the few bastions of right-wing opinion (talk radio), Fairness Doctrine supporters would end up unraveling the liberal dominance of print and television news. Beware the law of unintended consequences.
