Has Congress solved the "mortgage meltdown?" Have we won the Global War on Terrorism? Have teh libs 'given' us our free healthcare?

The world now loves the United States and we can all hold hands and sing together now because Congress is now talkign to baseball players about steriods.

Silly person. Congress doesn't solve problems, they create problems for us to solve. Think of the worst word problem you faced in math class, then multply it by 66,000 pages. That is our tax code, now say thank you congress!
