Again it depends on how well documented the incidents were. I know of a guy who was fired after 3 incidents. First he got a verbal warning for being late, then was written up when he broke a comany vehicle's window out but offered to pay for the damages but then was fried after they found him pawning thousands of dollars worth of company equipment and using the money for drugs. The last one was a double whammy because our company did random drug testings.
