The German "unions" aren't allowed to strong arm.. and they haven't ran companies into closing.

They don't have brand new Union Buildings next to empty car factories..

that was the model they used to FORM labor unions what, 100 years ago? They've changed a little since than, and have become their own worst nightmare, there is NO similarity of what a Union was in the early 1900's and now, and there is NO similarity of a European Union to the UAW.
