Thirty Maryland state delegates have signed on to a bill that would require the state to find more minority brokers and investment bankers to manage certain state funds.

Affirmative action for black brokers. We dont care what it costs as long as black brokers get a cut. Competitive bids?. Whats dat chit?

The way this really works is some white Democrat brokers hire some black brokers to front for them . Its all been done before. The power behind the corrupt Democrat party is behind this. More money going into coruption.
