Funny.....I have seen the Beatles and one thing that always annoyed me was the ear shattering screaming that drowned out the music.And that was in the movies ! (Hard Day's Night and Help) It was even more irritating when I saw them in person. There were always gals jumping in front of me. behind me. on me..so again I couldn't enjoy the music. However, truthfully, I never saw anyone faint.
I guess the best analogy to use is the mass hallucination of the girls during the Salem witch trials. God help us if the results are the same.
