Sure, he's seen as all those things now, but were talking about Obama circa 2000 when he was a nobody. What I want to know is what Jones saw in this guy who nobody seemed to care for very much back then that led him to believe he would be a good bet.

...to you that the guy looked and sounded good and had the right wife and ambition and looked exactly to Jones, all the way back in 2000, as he does now; looks and sounds good, the wife fits, ambition.
