| I think Reid is right, it's gonna be Obama, and at this point, if Hillary wins, there's not a soul who won't think she stole it, including members of her own party. I'm comforted by the fact that one, Hillary is getting the tail-end of the star treatment she and her husband received for so many years, especially in '92, and two, that while some may be surprised at her election tactics and comments, she's being revealed more and more each day as the person I've always seen. |

Her embellishing (I'll treat her kindly here) of her resume is not surprising. Her memory is failing her as it did when she said "I don't recall" or its equivalent 50 times in a statement to a House investigating committee that was only 42 paragraphs long.

| Obama will certainly be the Dem nominee. And McCain will beat him in the General. Democrats obviously don't want the White House, or they'd have backed a strong candidate. Obama could have brought it home if he'd have kept his wife and pastor muzzled and not allowed the primary to turn into a race debate. Hillary is just...you have to wonder what the hell they were thinking getting behind her. I'm telling you, they should have gone with Biden. He'd have mopped the floor with them.

Biden, Leibermann, people like that just do not have widespread support in the party. Look at Gore; they pewled endlessly over how he was robbed and should be president, yet, next two chances they got, they want nothing to do with him. I have a tough time seeing the Clinton's not pulling this off. I just think they'll find a way. God, president McCain; that will be NO fun. Yuck.

Obama will be the nominee. That is my firm prediction unless something crazy happens between now and then.

| It seems as Kerad has said that Obama is the chosen one. The Democrats have already met and decided to go with their strong suit, and perhaps even they, finally have a bellyfull of the Clinton's. They will probably give make Hillary the majority leader in the Senate to pay her off. She has so much experience at being a Jr, Senator, and has led in the passing of so many bills.(hee haw) that certainly she deserves that job. |

| Yes. I think it's inevitable at this point. He will look like three week old lemon pudding standing beside Obama in a debate, but he will still win. He has significantly more bi-partisan support, meaning Democrats who aren't rabid yellow dogs will vote for him, and he'll pick up the moderates as well. But I also thought Mike Steele would walk away with the Senate election, so what do I know.
