| The "theory" I heard today was that all the SD's were going to have a mini convention, prior to the soon to be called Denver Debacle or Mile-High Melee, to select the nominee. If the DNC allows this to happen and Hillary gets nominated then every person who voted for Obama should call for heads on platters. Everyone who disagrees with the 2 party system should hope that this comes to pass because the DNC would and should (hopefully I won't underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups) lose any credibility after all these years of crying "VOTER FRAUD!" pot meet black

| Exactly what I've been saying for months. Much to the chagrin of the Republitard s on this site...All predictions of a Democratic implosion are wasted dreams. So sorry. ![]() As you were. Last edited by Kerad : 03-26-2008 at 01:10 AM. |

| Gotta disagree with you. I think an implosion is inevitable at this point. This race has divided two key constituencies, blacks and hispanics. If Obama wins, the hispanics are gone. If Hillary wins the blacks are gone, and with them most of the new-found youth vote. So if the SDs support Clinton, the election is over. If they support Obama they've got a chance. But either way, an implosion is on the way. |

While it is as stupid as it can be today...this isn't going to last long. Hillary's facing mounting criticism every day as most of the party is recognizing she's putting her own impossible dreams ahead of the party. Even though they've been good sports now...it isn't going to last much longer. She's hanging on by a thin thread...and unless she can convince the Democratic leadership that she can win Pennsylvania by 75% (Which she won't)...it's just her being the dumbass. All by herself. | |

| Those would be interesting combinations that could work.
