I don't see a thing in here that Buchanan said that's racist.

I'm no Pat Buchanan fan. I've watched MSNBC for 7 years and he's been on for all 7. It pains me everytime he goes on there and opens his drunken mouth, but occassionally he does have conventional wisdom. This is one of those few occassions.

He's always been my man...........

If we are going to have a national dialogue, let's have it.

Let me speak without calling me a racist at the end of a speech. Let me explain what pisses off us white folks. Give me the microphone and have my speech.

I liked Barack's speech and even agree with him on most of what he said. You know why? Because I turned the political filter off and watched it with an open mind. It's time for you and the rest of the black community to listen to us with an open mind. You want this national dialogue, okay, let's have it.

I've never said racial discrimination doesn't exsist. It does. I've seen it first hand. I saw my black friend get fired from a job because he was deeply offended by a white co-worker's racially insensitive statements.

But there's two sides to every coin. You live in Waldorf, right? Waldorf is majority-black. Yet I don't qualify for scholarships for minorities?

What would you say of me if I started the White Men Television Network?

What about if I started a college and said it was a white-only college?

What would you say if someone started a group founded for the advancement of the white race?

Racism exists on both sides. We need to address all of it. I'm more than willing to listen to your side. Will you listen to our side?

Let's have this racial dialogue.

Anything that a white man says that can be construed in any manner or fashion that a person of color might find offensive. Makes that man a bigot.

That's rule number one in the PC book of race relations.
Note: This only counts against white men and has no application whatsoever to persons of color. They are totally immune no matter what their message is. Even if that message is God Damn America. Or that they have never been proud to be American.

Pat Buchanan told it like it is, straight up. I don't like him, but at least he doesn't bite his tounge to be politically correct.

If you are going to quote Rev. Wright...quote what he said before he said God Damn America....i'm sure you'll agree...all he did was state facts...he reminded EVERYONE not just blacks about the history of America.
