| I think Obama's biggest benefit is going to be that he's already exposed most of his foibles in his books, so he's already beat the long-haired, dope-smoking, hippy wannabee charge. There's no sign of the marital infidelities that McCain is going to get hit with, and so far all his business dealing have passed legal muster... unlike McCain's. For a guy with a longtime political career in one of the dirtiest and slimiest political environments in the country, I think he's looking pretty good. The best that anyone has been able to do is attack him based on what his preacher said, which is pretty lame given the environment of graft and corruption he came from. |
